I Got Certified! Plant-Based Nutrition


I really enjoyed studying this course in Plant-Based Nutrition. It's offered by Cornell University, in conjunction with the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and delivered by a host of highly esteemed doctors, professors and field professionals. I'd been wanting to do it for such a long time, but I was really concerned about the demands on my time. I really needn't have been, however, because I was so interested in the subject matter it felt just like reading a good book that I couldn't tear myself away from, and I wanted to get back into it every spare minute I had!

It included a wealth of information on nutrition and society, diseases of affluence and being plant-based in practice. I now feel so much more knowledgeable about why being plant-based is absolutely the best approach for the planet, for animals and for human health. I feel secure in my awareness of which types of food promote good health and vitality, and why, and I’m ready to confidently take control of my family’s long-term optimal well-being!

Food really is medicine and we can do so much to help ourselves. If you’re interested, start by looking up The China Study, Dr Campbell’s pioneering, comprehensive, large-scale study on nutrition, it’s incredible. Plant-based really is the future!
